With the wealth of experience gained over the last 40+ years today Akei is recognized by almost all major labels in rigid plastic packaging as a reliable supplier for both machines and molds. The new addition to our line of products ; AE series covers several models with different carriage transfer stroke, single or double station, to cope with different project requirements. Same as other Akei products the AE machines are equipped with components the best money can buy such as; Rexroth T rails and slide bearings, Beckhoff total controller, SEW extruder drive motor and gear coupled reducer etc. All linear movements are driven by Siemens Sinamics drivers and servo motor. Exlar patented planetary roller actuators offer 15 times longer service life compared to conventional ball bearing actuators. Rather than the known benefits in reduced running consumption, lower noise level against hydraulic models Akei AE series also offers excellent repeatability with highly accurate positioning that supports an uninterrupted production.

A single station AE-900-SS will be showcased blowing a 500 ml cylindrical bottle, together with downstream equipment such as weight checking, leak testing and packaging as a full auto bottle production line.

In our sister booth H9.2 A15 Akei will introduce different blow molded pallets designed for general logistic, racking system, printing industry etc., with different payload capacities. Superior impact resistance means our blow molded pallets are much more durable when compared to wooden and injection molded counterparts. 100% recycle-able making our product environmental friendly.
