  • The 28th Annual Chinaplas (Shanghai): Akei Blow Molder Received Much Fanfare

    The 28th International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries or Chinaplas was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center from April 23rd to 26th, 2014. Akei attended the exhibition and exhibited the LIN-90-TSI, a linear and shift moving blow molder which represents the leading blow-molding technology in the industry. This machine produces 25L containers in fully automatic manner. It incorporates high quality components and the latest technology to maximize efficiency and automation. With the feedback gained from last year’s Chinaplas in Guangzhou, the hydraulic and controlling system underwent a great deal of improvement which have won much good grace from industrial professionals and the exhibit became the center of attention.

    Akei LIN-90-TSI blow molder’s distinguishing features:

    The LIN-90-TSI is a double-station blow molder which can be configured to produce 20 to 30L industrial drum in single or double die head configuration. Depending on project requirement, this machine produces containers in single, double or triple layer with view strip. The machine specifications are 900mm carriage moving stroke, 460(min.)-820(max.) mm clamping stroke and 50 tons of clamping force. It runs on servo hydraulic system, equipped with globally recognized components and flexible downstream equipment compatibility; make it a reliable and efficient blow-molding solution.
