    Machine Manufactory
    The special production requirements of the customers can design the machine, select the configuration and auxiliary equipment to meet actual production needs of customers.
        
    Akei offers a versatile line of continuous extrusion shuttle machines and accumulator head machines. Each Akei machine is ingeniously designed for high performance, ease of operation, and virtually maintenance-free. Mechanical parts and tooling are manufactured in-house with advanced CNC equipment. The Akei manufacturing lines are monitored in accordance to the quality management standards of ISO 9001:2000. Assuring quality excellence of Akei machinery. Akei uses absolutely the very best machine components available in the market today. All electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components are outsourced to the most reputable suppliers like Vickers, Barber Colman, Moog, Rexroth, Festo, SMC, SEW-Eurodrive, GE Fuji and many others. Akei makes a world-class commitment to meet the ever-changing demand of the market.


    Components supplied by:
    extrusion unit
        
    • Hydraulic or servo pump are available. Servo pump is operated at high efficiency, low-noise, energy-saving and environmental-friendly.
    • Improved hydraulic temperature monitoring for better system performance.
    • Equipped with hydraulic oil and cooling water switch to keep temperature at certain level and for system protection.
    • Equipped with oil pre-heat for temperature level to be normal at start-off in severe cold areas.
    • Outsourced Vickers, Rexroth and Moog鈥檚 hydraulic components, Alfagomma high pressure hoses for product quality and durability.
    Control System
      
    • Uses swing-out swivel arm monitor control panel which is anti-corrosion and practical.
    • Barber Colman or Beckhoff Total Control System both provide easy-access color display. Integrated controls of heating temperature, time, postion and all machine movements etc. It includes provision alarms, alarm diagnostic, alarm logs and alarm history. Display status of all I/O鈥檚 inclusing optional auxiliary equipment. It uses 100-point parision programmer and has 4-level security password.
    • Added on material-level alarm device to remind feeding and avoid abrasion of screws.
    • Added on extruder pressure monitoring device for protection of screw and motor.
    • Added on extruder explosion protection device for screw protection under high pressure.
    Electricals System
            
    • Decent layout of main panel-divided into high/low voltage and different functions to eliminate interference as well as for easy-inspection.
    • Added on the lighting in the front& rear unit for easy-adjustment of mould and machine maintenance.
    • Outsourced Balluff touchless transducers minimizing wear and friction, prolonging repetition accuracy, water repellent and durability.
    • For product qulaity, safety and durability, we use electrical components under CE standard from reputable suppliers, like GE Fuji, Schneider, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Balluff and so on.
    Machine System
    • The machine frame is further improved by processing all the parts in CNC. All clamp and carriage movements of the Linear series are on Rexroth T-rail and slide bearings. Clamping force is properly distributed and transfer stroke is smoothly running. High accuracy, rigidity and abrasion resistance guarantee production cycle with minimum maintainance under lubrication.
    • Parts on the surface is treated with cataphoresis to achieve anti-corrosion and prevent oxidation and oil.
    • Can accommodate with IML (In Mould Labelling) for anti-counterfeiting.
    • Can accommodate automated wrap around and scrap conveyors to minimize labor resources.
    • Metal detector, installed before the inclined section of the scrap conveyor, additional pneumatic flip-down is arranged at the end of inclined scrap conveyor for automatic reject in case metal is detected.
    • In-line or off-line leak tester. The latter one solve problems with stability of abnormal bottles and reversal of headstand bottles.
    • In-line or off-line trimmer, can choose from single and double blade, disc type or tape type for flexibility and stability.
    • Bottle turner, turing bottles from one side of the two stations 180 before going through the leak tester and IML.
    • Improved design of extrusion system which outsourced SEW motor to integrate barrel motor. This can save spaces, reduce noise, enhance appearance and prolong durability.
    • Improved design of the enlarge water cooling channels to increase product capacity.
    • Automatic lubrication system. Lubricate the whole machine from omnibearing; timing can be customized for the machine to run smoothly.
    • Specially-made curtain type static bar for the removal of static electricity from the parisons. Static bar is to stablize multi-head parison.
    • Optimized design of screws with new technique, high-quality material and fine workmanship. The new design is better solvable with higher extrusion unit.
    • Integrated controls of auto-loader or proportional loader and proportional master batch loader.
    • Equipped with either pneumatic or servo robot-arm according to customer or product needs.
    pneumatics System
          
    • Outsourced pneumatic components from reputable suppliers worldwide, such as FESTO, SMC, Dwyer and Norgren to eusure stability and reliability.
    • Optimized design of circulate cooling exhaust device, based on product exhaust volume for better cooling result.
    • Double neck shaping is available to speed up cooling for higher output.
    • Multi-stage blowing and exhaust are available to meet product needs.
